1. Overview
This website, neonpalms.shop, is operated by Pace ("Pace", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you browse our store, create an account or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Products and sizing
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations between production batches can occur. Fit varies from person to person, so please use the size guide on each product page.
Product information, including materials, weights and technology descriptions, is provided for general information. If you have an injury or a foot condition, ask a qualified professional before choosing running shoes.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless your local currency is displayed. Prices, products and availability may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel orders placed for it. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy our products. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud or if we can't verify your payment. If we cancel an order after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is due when you place your order. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think it has been used without your permission.
9. Reviews and other content you send us
If you post a review or send us comments, photos or other content, you confirm that it's honest, reflects your own experience and doesn't violate anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our store and its marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, graphics, logos, photos and videos, belongs to Pace or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners.
11. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with its security or operation; access it with bots, scrapers or other automated tools; or submit false information or fraudulent orders.
12. Third-party services
The site may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", and we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This section doesn't affect any warranty rights you have in the products you buy under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Pace won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pace harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Pace is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes protections you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
